400 gr Valore Spaghetti
1 onion
1 small carrot (cut into little stripes)
1 stem celery (cut into little stripes)
3-4 stem parsley
1 clove garlic
1/2 kg mature tomatoes(skinned and cut into cubes)
50 mussel
5 tablespoons olive oil
Salt,black pepper
Preperation Wash vegetables .Roast thin sliced garlic,onion, carrot,celery,parsley in olive oil and cook under medium heat.Then add mussel,tomatoes,salt and pepper. Stir afew times and cook.In the meantime, cook Valore Spaghetti according cooking instructions, drain and put into a large service plate.Add sauce, stir and pure over pasta.Serve hot.
PASTA WITH PASTRAMI(Serves 4-5)
INGREDIENTS
150 gr pastrami
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons green pea
250 gr Valore Butterfly
4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt
Preperation
Cut past rami into little stripes and roast a little çemen(çemen is special sauce over pastrami) in 1.5 tablespoons olive oil.Then add pastrami and pea and cook for 10 minutes.In the meantime ,cook Valore Butterfly according cooking instructions, drain and add remaining of olive oil.Add sauce into pasta and stir.Serve hot.
PASTA IN OVEN (Serves 10 )
INGREDIENTS
500 gr Valore Bucati
200 gr olive oil
200 gr Parmesan cheese(grinded)
1 lt milk
75 gr flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon rosemary
Salt, black pepper
1 stem dill(cut into little stripes)
Preperation Cook pasta according cooking instructions for 8-10 minutes and drain.Roast slightly flour in 175 gr olive oil and stir in the same time.Then add milk slowly, continue to stir.After boiling milk, add 3/4 of chesee,salt,black pepper ,dill, rosemary and stir. Pour pasta into a greased oven pan and pour 3/4 of sauce and stir.Cover pasta with remaining sauce and sprinkle with plenty of remaining cheese and bake by 180 C,15-20 minutes(until cheese turns gold brown).Serve hot.
